The radiation safety program serves to assist the research conmmunity with the structure, policies, procedures, and regulatory stance set forth by the various regulatory bodies and the Radiation Safety Committee. The goal of the program is to safeguard personnel, facilities, and the environment from radiation without inhibiting research activities.
